Product Description

Bio-based PU refers to the use of waste renewable materials (such as sugarcane bagasse, corn straw, etc.) as raw materials to produce polyols through biological, chemical, and physical means, replacing petroleum-based polyols to produce polyester fibers or PU polyurethane. This gives PU synthetic leather lower odor and low VOC characteristics, and its physical properties can meet the material performance standards of various car manufacturers.

Currently, PU resins and base fabrics in South Asia can use bio-based materials. They can be combined with special requirements such as flame retardant and antibacterial.

Mainly used for automotive seats, door panels, dashboards, etc.
